We work with express delivery companies that guarantee that your orders are treated with priority to any part of the world. Delivery time varies depending on the country the order is destined for. You can track your order through the links we will send after your order is processed, on the DHL or GLS website.

When placing your order, you will receive an email with the details necessary to track the shipment of your order, which you can also consult by accessing your account. You will also receive the tracking code and the access link to the carrier's website, in order to track your order.

We ship orders to all destinations in the EU - European Union, and to several countries in the Rest of the World. There are some countries that due to their geographic specificity we still do not cover, which we regret and we are mobilizing all efforts to make our service as global as possible, so that we can reach you, wherever you are.

We work together with carriers to ensure delivery deadlines are met. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors external to Nómada.
